Let me introduce myself
Hey I am Jan, I am a busy working mum. I have worked in my full time job for 18 years now as well as training as a therapist and coach. I have worked with many women over the years to help them change the relationship they have with themselves and the noise in their heads. I help women to identify who they are and to find their own voice so they can use it they way they've always wanted to.
I do this by offering 1:1 sessions with me and a fabulous membership as well which offers masterclasses, group sessions and the option of a monthly 1:1 too.
Everything changed
A few years ago I had to take some time off work because of a change in my mental health. Anxiety really got a hold of me partly because I hadn't recognised how stressed I was becoming (ironic given my job!) I learnt new ways of looking after myself and just how important it was to do that.
I learnt I had to slow down, give myself time to do the things that made me feel better.
I learnt the power of meditation, doing things mindfully and just focusing on me for a short time meant that I could be better at all the other things I do.
Ok, so I know you're here for a reason, right?

You're not getting through your to-do list and your focus has gone because you feel so overwhelmed. Or maybe you just can't relax no matter how much you try. I have an amazing 45 minute class that will bring together all the relaxation, meditation and mindfulness tricks I've learnt over the years. With a bit of mindset work thrown in as well.
Here's what is included in Revive Your Mind
Mindfulness
Learn simple ways of changing the way you look after yourself using techniques based on the varied principles of Mindfulness. Change the way you listen to your thoughts and the noise around you and start to find your inner strength.
Meditation
I believe that meditation is absolutely necessary in the fast, target driven world we live in. You'll much more at peace with yourself, more relaxed to help you deal with the general busy-ness life throws at you.
Simple Mindset Tips
Quick and easy ways to work on your mindset every day so you can get to grips with those negative thoughts and feelings.
Every session will work on it's own but there will be a six weekly theme so each session builds on the one before.

Here are a few answers to our most common questions
So once you register you will be sent an email with a zoom link for your chosen session. On the day you just need to click on the link and you'll be admitted into the session.
As long as you are not too late you can just come in. All I ask is that you come in quietly so that other participants are not disturbed.
No, absolutely no pressure at all to have your camera on or interact with anyone else at all. You have my absolute permission to speak to no-one and look at no-one for the whole 45 minutes. Just bring your ears and we're all good.
You can turn up in whatever you feel most comfy in. You don't need to turn on your camera so you could even listen while you're in the bath. I love to meditate in the bath and the warmth would help with a deep relaxation. Maybe leave your camera off if you're in the bath though.
No, not at all. For the mindfulness you just need your ears and a notebook if you want to keep the techniques I talk about. You might want a blanket to feel extra cosy when we work through the guided meditation.
Don't worry, you will be offered the next available session or you could have the offer to gift it to someone else.
Please note though, you can only roll over a session once so if you're not available for the next session offered go for the gifting to somebody else who you know might love it.
Payments for the sessions are upfront. Each session is £5 and there is an option to pay for the full 6 sessions of each theme for the cost of 5. That would be just £25 for 6 sessions.
